Deadline to key-in overall marks into SMARTs for Year 7 & 8 is 7 April 2009.
An Excel file is currently being prepared so that you only need to key-in your HW, CW and SBA Marks once. All calculations will be automated. Therefore, you no longer need to key-in marks separately for ACAD, Students' CW & HW Marks and Students' Individual Result Slip for your class. Instructions will also be given so you'll know how to key-in the information and marks. The file and instructions will be ready and emailed to you by Friday, 3 April 2009.
If you do not have an email address, please save the files from the EL Folder in the SM office computer. The two files will be named: Instructions for Keying-In marks for SPN 21 and ACAD, CW, HW SPN 21 Year 7 & 8 Term 1 2009.
At the meantime, Year 7 and Year 8 teachers, please check whether you have 5 HW, 5 CW, SBA 1 (Grammar) and SBA 2 (Comprehension) marks ready.
